As Graphic Production Lead on the Channel Interactive team, I managed a pod of production artists responsible for digital graphic creation for Marcom's launches and updates. During new product announcement-heavy fall seasons and spring refreshes my pod has specialized in Apple Watch, being drawn to the challenge of its complexity and immense file volumes.
I found it very satisfying to consistently transform raw design handoff files into flawlessly executed final deliverables, obsessing over impeccable adherence of each (layout, hardware, screen, photo, UI, typographic, logo, icon) visual element to brand guidelines, design systems, campaign intentions, as well as production, accessibility, optimization, and automation standards.
Our heightened attention to detail ensured that when finished assets were localized and adapted by world-wide partners the intended look and feel was preserved, sparking surprise and delight of the original US campaign.

I have also produced and maintained internal documentation, created component libraries and templates, and facilitated trainings and mentoring sessions.
